The "Home Maintenance Ally" Service

Basic Maintenance Package: This is the most common type of membership service for entry level homeowners. It focuses on preventative maintenance and small repairs that homeowners often neglect.

Annual Home Inspection:

 A professional walkthrough to identify potential issues before they become costly problems. 

Seasonal Checklist:

 A personalized checklist for the homeowner to follow for simple, seasonal tasks (e.g., winterizing hoses, cleaning gutters). 

Discount on Labor:

  A flat 2.5% discount on all labor costs for any additional projects or repairs.

Premium Maintenance Package:

Everything in the Basic Package, plus:

Scheduled Service Visits:

 Two pre-scheduled visits per year. Fall gutter cleaning. replacing HVAC filters or inspecting plumbing and electrical systems. 

Priority Scheduling:

 Members get bumped to the front of the line for any repair or project requests. 

Complimentary "Handyman Hours":

1 hour of free labor per year for small jobs like hanging pictures, assembling furniture, or fixing a leaky faucet.

Exclusive Discounts:

 Deeper discounts on labor or materials for larger renovation projects.  5%

The "Concierge" or "Lifestyle" Service

This high-end, all-encompassing service targets busy professionals or homeowners who want to completely offload home management.

Total Home Management:

Full responsibility of managing the home, including coordinating with other service providers (e.g., landscapers, cleaners, pest control). 

Initial Consultation & Blueprint:

 A comprehensive consultation to discuss the homeowner's long-term renovation goals. You create a detailed "Home Renovation Blueprint" with a project timeline, estimated costs, and a priority list for future projects. 

Holiday & Seasonal Services:

Help with seasonal tasks like putting up and taking down holiday lights or pressure washing walkway or patios in the spring.

Exclusive Pricing:

 Members get preferred pricing on materials and labor for future projects. 10%

"Honey-Do" List Service:

 The membership includes a set number of hours each month or quarter to knock out the homeowner's "honey-do" list. 

Project Management & Sourcing:

Assist the homeowner with sourcing materials, getting quotes from subcontractors (if needed), and managing the project pipeline. 

Property Management for Rentals:

 For homeowners with rental properties, this service includes managing minor repairs and maintenance for their tenants.
